Cathy has been in the healing field for the past 25 years. She is a world traveler, grandmother, gardener, dreamer, loves philosophy and has even been known to wield a paintbrush now and then.

Before studying to be an RMT, Cathy had a practice in Reflexology, Reiki, Cranial Sacral therapy and relaxation massage.

She uses a combination of massage techniques including traditional Swedish massage, myofascial release, stretching, joint mobilization, trigger point release and deep tissue. She has treated a wide range of conditions including postural imbalances, overuse syndromes (particularly those found in an office setting), headaches, neck spasms, sports related injuries.

Beverley brings a wealth of experience to her treatments. She started her health care path as a shiatsu practitioner. She then added Manual Lymphatic Drainage as she believes the immune system is incremental in keeping us well.

She also specialized in care for those who have lymph nodes removed or radiation as a prevention or care of lymphedema. Rounding out her professional skills she studied Registered Massage Therapy (RMT),

Shiatsu combines massage with deep stretches and acupressure to restore balance and alignment. These treatments can provide you with deep healing and relaxation.

MLD is the gentlest form of massage. Therapeutically it is used to treat lymphedema, fluid retention, post surgical recovery, sinusitis and post viral recovery. It can be used as preventative medicine to clear the lymph nodes and support general health.

Beverley is currently offering Registered Massage Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage. She uses focused massage therapy and Shiatsu techniques to address musculoskeletal and neuromuscular issues. Her treatments aim to get clients into a deeply relaxed state where muscle tension and pain melt away.

Ashley Devereux

  • Monday 9am-1:30pm
  • Tuesday 3-6pm
  • Saturday 9am-2pm

Ashley’s aim is for her clients to benefit therapeutically from their time with her, as well as leave with a renewed sense of wellbeing. Her treatments focus on deep tissue massage techniques, myofascial release and cupping therapy.

She also enjoys providing pre and postnatal care to ensure comfort through all stages of pregnancy and after delivery.

Ashley is a life-long learner, she is curious to learn about the body from different healing perspectives. This allows her to have an open mind in developing individualized treatment plans.

It is her goal is to be part of your support system, guiding your body back to balance.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Ashley making pottery, hiking with her dog, enjoying her own herbal tea blends and dreaming of travel.
