Osteopathy with John Berge
Osteopathy

Wear and tear on the body is an inevitable part of life. Is it any wonder we
often feel stiff and sore? Osteopathy serves to alleviate the accumulative
stress on the body, forming a great maintenance treatment for life’s wear
and tear.

Acute or chronic pain conditions, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome,
tendonitis, sports injuries, and headaches, are among the common
complaints treated with osteopathy.

It is incredibly supportive during pregnancy and labour preparation. It is also
a safe and effective treatment for infants to help remedy the physical
stresses of birth and to treat colic or reflux.

Osteopathy is founded on the philosophy that all body systems are
interrelated and dependent upon one another for good health. It involves the
use a set of gentle hands-on techniques that influence the tissues of the
body. The treatment aims to restore, strengthen and maintain alignment to
the musculoskeletal framework. This positively affect the body’s nervous,
circulatory and lymphatic systems, supporting your good health.
